4. Payment Terms

• All service payments must be completed in full each month prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

• The $973 is a monthly service fee that grants you access to all services listed, provided you remain an active client.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or bank transfers.

• All prices are quoted in USD. Exchange rates and fees are your responsibility if using international currencies.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

Refunds and Guarantees

• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Lead guarantees, cashback offers, or performance-based refunds apply only to services where such guarantees are clearly outlined in writing and agreed upon.

• Bonus services (e.g., access to digital product platforms, free domain, Call AI, etc.) are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure service quality and campaign success, you agree to:

• Provide all requested business details and access credentials promptly

• Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner

• Cooperate during setup, onboarding, and campaign optimization

• Notify us of changes that may affect campaign performance (e.g., phone number, hours of operation)

Delays or incomplete information may result in reduced performance, for which Lead Catalog is not liable.

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

Performance Guarantees

When explicitly stated in writing, Lead Catalog may offer guarantees such as:

• “50 qualified leads within 60 days”

• “$1,000 cashback if results are not achieved”

Such guarantees are subject to you meeting all requirements, including prompt follow-up and approval of creatives.

Limitations

Lead Catalog is not responsible for:

• Platform outages or algorithm changes (e.g., Facebook Ads API issues)

• Poor lead conversion due to lack of client follow-up

• Inaccurate or outdated information provided by the client

• Uncontrollable market forces, ad policy changes, or competition shifts

Campaign outcomes may vary across industries and regions.

7. Intellectual Property

• All campaigns, designs, and assets created by Lead Catalog remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing.

• You are granted a limited license to use campaign materials solely for your business purposes.

• Redistribution, reselling, or rebranding of materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

• We value your privacy and confidentiality.

• All sensitive business information shared during our work together will be protected and never sold or shared with third parties, except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

• Lead Catalog reserves the right to terminate services without notice for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misuse or abuse of services

Any remaining fees must be paid upon termination. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Disclaimers

• All services are provided “as is” and without warranties, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee revenue growth, customer conversion rates, or business success beyond explicitly stated performance deliverables.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lead Catalog shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services

• Business losses due to events outside our control

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service

12. Amendments to Terms

• Lead Catalog may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
