1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under specific circumstances and depend on the service purchased. Refund requests must comply with the criteria outlined below.

Eligible Refunds:

Lead Generation Guarantee:

• If Lead Catalog fails to deliver the promised quantity of leads (e.g., 50 leads in 60 days), the client is eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid.

• Additionally, we may compensate clients as outlined in individual agreements (e.g., a $1,000 additional guarantee).

Service Non-Delivery:

• Refunds are available if a service was not delivered due to issues solely attributable to Lead Catalog, provided the client has fulfilled all their responsibilities.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Payments for ad spend are non-refundable, as these funds are used directly on third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook).

• Services already rendered (e.g., ad campaign creation, setup fees, or consultations) are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not granted for poor performance resulting from external factors, such as:

• Client-provided incorrect or incomplete information.

• Delays or lack of client follow-up on leads.

• Platform outages (e.g., Facebook or Google disruptions).

2. Refund Process

Request Submission:

• To initiate a refund, submit a written request to [Insert Email Address] with detailed information about the issue.

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service completion date or within the specified guarantee period.

Processing Timeline:

• Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.

• If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Partial Refunds:

• In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the service was only partially delivered.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services or subscriptions, subject to the following terms:

Ad Campaign Management Services:

Before Campaign Launch:

• Campaigns can be canceled before launch without penalty. The client will receive a refund for the service fee, excluding any ad spend already processed.

After Campaign Launch:

• If the campaign has been launched, no refund will be provided for the service fee. Unused ad spend may be refunded, depending on the third-party platform’s policies.

One-Time Services:

• Services such as ad creation or website development cannot be canceled once work has commenced.

14-Day Free Trial:

• The Free Trial requires ad spend payments by the client, which are non-refundable. Cancellation during the trial period will not incur service fees.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds or cancellations may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

• Technical errors caused by Lead Catalog resulting in service non-delivery.

• Errors in billing or duplicate charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring timely communication and accurate information during the campaign process. Refunds will not be granted if:

• The client fails to provide necessary materials or approvals on time.

• The client fails to follow up on leads as required for campaign success.

6. Termination and Refunds

• If Lead Catalog terminates a service due to policy violations, no refund will be provided.

• If a client terminates the agreement prematurely, refunds will depend on the completion status of the service.
