At Lead Catalog, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, tools, and platforms for small businesses across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and international markets. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request refunds or cancel services.
By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under specific conditions, based on the service purchased. All requests must meet the eligibility criteria below:
Eligible Refunds
Lead Guarantee Failure:
If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of leads (e.g., 50 leads in 60 days), a full refund will be issued for the monthly service fee. Clients may also be eligible for additional compensation (e.g., a $1,000 cashback guarantee) as outlined in the agreement.
Service Non-Delivery:
If any service (e.g., ad campaign, website, or domain setup) is not delivered due to issues solely caused by Lead Catalog—and the client has fulfilled all responsibilities—a full or partial refund may be granted.
Technical Failures or Duplicate Charges:
Clients will be refunded in cases of proven duplicate billing or technical errors attributable to Lead Catalog.
Non-Refundable Items
Ad spend on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram).
Work already completed such as campaign strategy, ad creation, or consultations.
Add-ons like website builds, free domain setup, or access to the 4000+ digital product platform once activated.
Any services affected by:
Delays or lack of follow-up from the client.
Incorrect/incomplete business info.
Platform-level disruptions (e.g., Facebook outages).
2. Refund Request Process
Submission:
Requests must be submitted in writing to [refunds@leadcatalog.net] within 14 days after the end of your campaign or service period.
Review:
All refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
Resolution:
If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
These may apply when only a portion of the service was delivered.
3. Cancellation Policy
Ongoing Campaign Services
Before Launch:
Clients may cancel with no penalty. Service fees (excluding processed ad spend) will be refunded.
After Launch:
Service fees are non-refundable. Remaining ad spend may be refunded in accordance with platform policies.
Included Services (Websites, Domains, Ad Creatives, Digital Products)
Services like website creation, domain setup, ad creatives, and digital product access are provided as part of your monthly service benefits.
Once initiated, these services cannot be canceled or refunded independently.
14-Day Free Trial
Trial participants are not charged any service fees.
Ad spend used during the trial is non-refundable.
Canceling during the trial incurs no additional fees.
4. Additional Services and Add-Ons
4000+ Digital Products Website Access:
Access is granted upon onboarding. This is a non-refundable bonus resource and cannot be reversed once activated.
Free Website & Domain:
Custom websites and matching domains are part of your onboarding benefits under the monthly service. These are considered delivered once initiated and are non-refundable.
Referral Bonus Program:
Payments to referrers are only made once the referred client becomes an active paying customer. Referral bonuses are not eligible for refunds.
OrionVoice Access (If Provided):
OrionVoice integrations provided by Lead Catalog are subject to OrionVoice’s terms and conditions. Once activated, they are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds or credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis for:
Platform integration failures caused by Lead Catalog.
Duplicate orders or mistaken charges.
Verified client dissatisfaction, at our sole discretion.
6. Termination & Refunds
If Lead Catalog terminates a service due to violation of our terms, no refunds will be issued.
If the client chooses to terminate early, refund eligibility will be assessed based on service delivery status.
