Our services are delivered entirely online, including lead generation, ad campaign management (Facebook, Instagram, Google), custom website development, free domains, and access to over 4,000 digital products including AI packs, plugins, graphics, databases, and more.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver all digital products and services.
1. Delivery Methods
All services and products from Lead Catalog are delivered digitally through one or more of the following:
• Lead Generation Services
Delivered via email, shared CRM platforms (e.g., Google Sheets), or client-preferred tools.
• Ad Campaign Setup (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
Details including ad creatives, campaign structures, and performance reports will be shared via email, Google Drive, or similar file-sharing tools.
• Website and Domain Delivery
Login credentials, hosting access, and domain registrations matching the client’s business name are provided via secure email communication.
• Free Business Email Setup
Credentials for your custom business email (e.g., info@leadcatalog.com) will be sent digitally.
• Access to 4000+ Digital Products Website
Clients receive login access to our exclusive digital products platform, which includes AI tools, templates, themes, plugins, ebooks, software bundles, and more. Access is included as long as you remain an active monthly client, and all digital items can be downloaded freely from that platform.
• Creative Assets (e.g., Ads, Banners, Logos)
All assets are sent in formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or PSD via email or cloud storage links.
• AI & Call AI Tools
Access credentials or integration details for AI resources or automation tools like Call AI will be provided securely by email.
2. Delivery Timeline
• Campaign Launch (Lead Generation / Ad Campaigns)
Launch begins within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve all required client information.
• Digital Product Access
Platform access is granted within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
• Website & Domain Setup
Delivery time may vary (usually within 10 business days). Exact timelines are discussed during onboarding.
• Reports and Ongoing Updates
Performance reports and analytics are shared weekly or monthly based on the client plan.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients must:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to communication
• Approve creative drafts and ad content quickly
• Monitor the communication platform (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
4. Non-Delivery Situations
We are not responsible for service delays caused by:
• Inaccurate or delayed input from the client
• Failure to approve necessary assets/content
• Outages or restrictions from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google)
5. Confirmation of Delivery
• All deliverables will be confirmed via email.
• Clients will receive confirmation and login/access info for any website, digital products, or platform services.
• For leads, delivery status will be updated in CRM or reports.
6. Refunds and Cancellations Related to Delivery
Refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for any concerns regarding service delivery, timelines, or results.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
If unexpected disruptions occur (e.g., platform bans, technical errors), we will communicate promptly and propose adjusted timelines or alternative solutions.
